GENERAL MANAGER

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, including strategic planning, financial management, marketing, and community engagement. This leader collaborates closely with the players, coaches, and the board of directors to establish the team's vision and goals, while also ensuring compliance with league regulations and fostering a positive team culture. Key duties include negotiating sponsorships, managing budgets, promoting the team's presence in the local community, and enhancing the fan experience. This leader should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a passion for football and a commitment to the team's success.

SECRETARY

Responsible for maintaining accurate records of board meetings, managing correspondence, and ensuring compliance with league regulations. This leader will assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes, facilitate communication between board members, and support the overall governance of the team. This leader should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for football.

TREASURER

The Treasurer will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of our organization, ensuring sound financial management and transparency. Responsibilities include managing the team’s budget, tracking expenses and revenues, preparing financial reports, and presenting regular updates to the board. The Treasurer will collaborate with other board members to develop funding strategies, secure sponsorships, and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with relevant regulations. Ideal candidates should possess strong financial acumen and attention to detail. A passion for football and commitment to the team's success is essential.

LEAGUE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsible for serving as the primary liaison between our team and league officials. Key responsibilities include attending league meetings, reporting on team performance and issues, and advocating for the team's interests within the league. Strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of football rules and regulations, and effective conflict resolution abilities are essential. Passion for the sport and commitment to the team's success are a must. 

PLAYER REPRESENTATIVE

The Player Representative will act as a liaison between players and the coaching staff, addressing player concerns, facilitating communication, and ensuring that all team members are supported both on and off the field. Responsibilities include organizing player meetings, collaborating on team policies, advocating for player rights and well-being, and providing guidance on training and performance. This leader should have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the game, and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.

VOLUNTEER REPRESENTATIVE

The Volunteer Representative plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing volunteer efforts that enhance our community engagement and event execution. Responsibilities include recruiting, directing, and supervising volunteers for game days, community events, and fundraising activities. This leader should be proactive, friendly, and able to work collaboratively with team staff and volunteers alike.

SPONSOR REPRESENTATIVE

The Sponsor Representative will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses and corporate sponsors to support our organization. This position involves identifying potential sponsorship opportunities, communicating the value of partnership with the team, and actively engaging with sponsors to ensure their needs are met. Responsibilities include organizing promotional events, providing regular updates on team performance and community engagement, and ensuring a positive experience for sponsors throughout the season. This leader will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for the community.

HEAD COACH

The Head Coach of our team must embody our pillar values: discipline, determination, and faith, leading with a vision that inspires every player and coach. This leader will develop and implement our overall competitive strategy, which includes diligently recruiting players and staff of strong character, and designing meetings and practice plans that hone technical skill and foster teamwork. Our Head Coach will cultivate strong relationships with a unified leadership structure, ensuring collaboration and clarity, in order to motivate and empower our players to grow and succeed, both on and off the field. Through unwavering commitment and a faith-driven approach, the Head Coach will not only elevate the team’s performance but also nurture the character of each individual.

COORDINATOR

Responsible for developing and implementing game plans and strategies specific to their area of focus. They analyze opponent strategies and adjust their own plans accordingly, oversee player performance, and lead positional coaches. Coordinators conduct practice sessions, instruct players on techniques, and ensure that the team's schemes are effectively executed on the field. Additionally, they communicate closely with the head coach regarding tactical decisions during games and contribute to player recruitment and development, while also fostering a cohesive unit within their specific area. Our entire coaching staff must embody strong character and share our commitment to developing both athletic skills and personal integrity within our team. This leadership role is vital in fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and excellence on and off the field.

POSITION COACH

Responsible for developing the skills and techniques of players within a specific position group. Key responsibilities include designing and conducting specialized practice drills, analyzing player performance to provide feedback, and teaching players to understand their roles in different formations and plays. Additionally, our position coaches will assist in recruiting talent for their position, maintain positive communication in their group, and collaborate effectively with the head coach and other staff to align on overall team strategies and goals. These leaders must model strong character as an example to our players in order to mentor, support, and encourage them.
